I've learned more from writing music by just messing around than actually taking it too seriously. For awhile I was ashamed of my old music and thus becoming my older self instead of using my past as a learning experience. The fact of the matter is that I relied on the words of others for direction in my life instead of paving my own path. I look to upload more music at some point. But on my own time. Not on others.

I litterally learned FruityLoops and creating music by randomly turning knobs for years, until there was easy access to internet, youtube, and i knew English enough to read the manual^^

Agreed. My parents were strict with the internet. And for good reason. It's not easy to stay off of lewd sites when you are a horny teenager.

@Daru925 @AudioAbbot Sometimes i'd make interesting findings going through vhs tapes...

All I need now is a vcr. I actually want to buy a CRT tv at some point when I get into a better house. No use buying one and risk breaking it while moving.

@Daru925 Oh, lol. I see what you mean now.

Don't feel bad about it, you are not alone. :)

I made some very cringy shit on tracker in the past. Pretty much I spent 80% of my past history tried (and failed) to copy people and their style. Only recently when I created this account, I was able to find my own style.

Finding your own style is an amazing thing.
